Over the last many years, a plethora of nursing models have been implemented in various clinical settings. This is according to Ladden et al. (2013), who have espoused that nursing care delivery models are typically structured approaches for organizing and providing care to patients. All nursing care delivery models have been found to be informed by beliefs as well as values. From this point of view, a myriad of studies have elucidated that nursing care models normally underpin various decisions regarding nursing practices. Taking this into account, this essay seeks to vividly explore a nursing model that I have observed in my clinical setting.
