This study’s PICOT question is, “For women at risk for or with breast cancer (P), does use of breast cancer management/prevention educational intervention (I) as compared to no educational intervention (C) help in improving women’s health and quality of life by 25% (O) over a period of 3 months (T)?” The research result that supports my PICOT question is from a study by Moustafa, Abd-Allah, and Taha (2015) aimed at establishing the effect of a Breast-Self Examination (BSE) educational intervention on knowledge, attitude, and practice amongst female scholars.
