I have encountered many changes in life both professional and personal. One of the changes that I encountered is the introduction of Patient Flow Software. The facility needed to manage the patients effectively with minimal delays as they move through stages of care. The rationale for this was to ensure that patient experience and clinical safety was enhanced while reducing the pressure on the staff.
