Over the last couple of years, the healthcare system in the country has evolved substantially. As such, change in the nursing profession has become inevitable to a huge extent (Chamberlain College of Nursing, 2019). With such changes, Garcia-Izquierdo, Meseguer de Pedro, Rio-Risqez, and Soler Sanchez (2018) have emphasized that developing resilience in the place of work is one of the most fundamental aspects in many healthcare organizations. With resilience, it becomes possible to implement the necessary change within an organization setting, which in turn helps in enhancing the manner in which care is delivered to the patients.
