According to American Nurses Association (2015), effective leadership is considered as one of the main components of a successful organization. This is mainly attributed to the fact that it makes it possible for an organization to achieve its set goals and objectives. Taking this into consideration, I believe that a greater leader usually has a clear vision for the organization. A great leader is characterized by honesty, integrity, respect for others, as well as clear focus. In accordance to the articulation of Fischer (2016), I believe that a great leader is a strategic planner and believes in teamwork.
