The main objective of evaluation of outcomes is to interpret the results and subsequently measure the degree of impact of the project through evaluating the outcomes of the interventions applied.  According to LoBiondo-Wood and Haber (2017), measurement of the outcomes can take the form of psychosocial measurement (quality of life, reduction in depressive and anxiety symptoms, improved patient perception of care),  physiologic measurements (reduced complications, improved health), or functional improvement.
