Primary reason for visit is to discuss contraception. Currently use male condoms but
husband and I would like something more “spontaneous” but I need reliability as we
would like to wait 2-3 yrs before having another child.

Hoping for me to explain to me when I will get back to my normal self. The pregnancy
and delivery were uncomplicated but my periods are now longer and heavier than before
I became pregnant and I just don’t have much energy. Chris, my son is now sleeping
through the night but I am not getting my energy back. My plan is to return to work full
time in a couple of months and I am worried I just won’t be able to function. Is this
normal?
3. How many tampons or pads do you use daily?
Use just 3, but now at the beginning, like the first 3 days of my period, I’m using 4 or 5
