Solution:

According to Reich and Hershcovis (2015), promoting acceptance into a work-group or team for employees from different cultural backgrounds can be hard to a huge extent. Taking this into account, as Masaya’s preceptor, there is a myriad of leadership skills that I could model for my coworkers for the purpose of promoting his acceptance into the team. These skills include communication, motivation, creativity, trustworthiness, as well as commitment.
