The successful implementation of an EHR is hugely dictated by the strategies used. If I were the INS leading the implementation of a new EHR in our facility, the strategies I would use to ensure a smooth and successful process include:

Setting a clear roadmap for implementation- This would entail a complete assessment of our facility and its readiness to adopt the new EHR, the infrastructure available, education, training, and clinical processes involved (Aguirre et al., 2019).
