One of the problems I identified in my previous place of work is reduced creativity among the nurses in resolving patients’ problems. Even though the hospital was seeking creative input from the staff such as prevention of bloodstream infection, the support was little or the staff did not provide creative inputs. In light of this, transformational leaders would solve the problem through intellectual simulation by showing the following new way of looking at the existing problems.
